７月２８日（火）に発生いたしました熊本県を中心とする地震につきまして、被災された皆様に心よりお見舞い申し上げます。

東京藝術大学学生課では、被災した学生の安全確認及び支援ニーズの把握のため、以下のGoogleフォームにて、今回の熊本地震で被害を受けた学生等の安否及び被害状況の確認を実施しております。被災を受けた学生は、以下のリンクより速やかに回答をお願いいたします。

※帰省中、旅行中等に熊本地震に被災した学生、及び本学が個別に連絡した学生は必ず回答してください。該当しない学生は回答不要です。
※被災により今後の学生生活や授業、奨学金等に関して不安がある方は、フォーム内の相談希望欄にご記入ください。追って大学より対応?連絡いたします。
※熊本に保護者住所がある学生の皆さんには別途個別にメールをお送りします。

Safety Confirmation Survey Regarding the Kumamoto Earthquake

We extend our deepest sympathies to all those affected by the earthquake that struck primarily in Kumamoto Prefecture on Tuesday, July 28.

To confirm the safety of our students and provide any necessary support, the Student Affairs Division at Tokyo University of the Arts is conducting a safety assessment survey. If you have been affected by this earthquake, please complete the form via the link below as soon as possible.

Target Students:

• Students affected by the earthquake (including those visiting home, traveling, etc.)

• Students who have received an individual contact from the university

If the above does not apply to you, no response is required.

If you have any concerns regarding your studies, campus life, scholarships, or other matters, please specify them in the consultation request section of the form. The university will reach out to you directly.

Note: Students whose parents or guardians reside in Kumamoto Prefecture will receive a separate email with further information.
